About
Split earlobe repair is done under local anaesthetic and usually takes about an hour. A small amount of skin is removed from the edges of the torn lobe. The earlobe is then repaired to create one that matches your ear shape. You will be able to go home the same day with a small dressing covering the stitches. You will need to let the earlobe fully heal before getting your ear pierced again.
