Anti Wrinkle Injections with Botulinum Toxin
As we age we develop lines and wrinkles but when treated with Botulinum Toxin they can be reduced and even prevented. Botulinum Toxin is an effective treatment for lines and wrinkles. Well placed injections achieve a natural but more youthful appearance. Botulinum toxin includes brand names such as Botox®, Vistabel®, Azzalure® and Bocouture®.
About
Small amounts of Botulinum Toxin are injected into the face using a disposable syringe, this causes temporary muscle paralysis of the facial muscles that contract and cause wrinkles. A few days after having Botulinum Toxin treatment patients find that they are unable to frown and their facial wrinkles have smoothed out, giving them a more youthful appearance. This effect lasts for two-to-three months, at which point the facial muscles start to work again. Usually patients then return for a top-up.
The procedure only takes a few minutes and most patients only experience mild discomfort. After the procedure there may be some swelling but this is usually minimal and soon subsides. Normal activities can be resumed immediately after treatment.
Botulinum Toxin can also be used to treat excessive sweating in the armpits (hyperhidrosis).

Our prices start from £300.00 for 1 area. The consultation with the doctor is £150 and this usually last about 30 minutes. If you choose to go ahead with the treatment and you are suitable then it can be carried out on the day of your consultation.
